FEBRUARY 28th MENU
GNOCCHI AND PORK RAGU DINNER
House made potato gnocchi in a slow braised, slightly smokey, pork ragu with parmesan and fresh herbs. Citrus marinated olives. Green salad with a roasted onion and mustard vinaigrette. Dessert is Paris Brest; crispy pastry stuffed with a caramel almond pastry cream.
